2024 Winners
42nd Annual Sertoma Chili Cook Off Winners
65 chili’s were entered to the blind judging competition with some of the most qualified judges in the 4 state region, including restaurant owners, chefs, Food Sport certified judges with credentials from KCBS, SCA and WFC and the Missouri and US champion Steak cook-off winners!!
The samples were numbered and split into 7 random groups (and scored in areas of taste, aroma, mouthfeel, overall) with the winners from each group advancing to the finals table along with the top 3 overall non-winners as wild cards.
The 10 finals cups were re-numbered to ensure blind judging and sampled and scored again to determine the winners.
